Returns
We want your shopping experience in our store to be pleasant and hassle-free 💛
However, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it.
You have 14 days from receipt of the shipment to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Just send us declaration of withdrawal from the contract – you can do it 📧 by email: hello@haymontstudio.com
Important:
❗ The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to personalized products or products made to individual order according to the customer's specifications.
❗ To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the expiry of 14 days.
You can use the ready-made withdrawal form , which you will find in our regulations.
Once we receive your application, we will refund all payments you have made – in the same way in which the payment was made (unless we agree otherwise, at no additional cost to you).
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Complaints
We make sure that our products are of the highest quality, but if you notice a defect or damage, we will of course process your complaint.
If the product proves to be defective, File a complaint immediately after discovering the defect. You can do this:

In your application, please provide:

description of the defect or problem,

photos of the defective product.
After receiving your report:

we will confirm its receipt,

We will evaluate the complaint and inform you about the procedure for its resolution (repair, replacement or refund).
We try to process complaints as quickly as possible, usually within 14 days of receiving them.
